BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR ORDER
Please carefully follow these instructions when returning your order
so we are able to properly credit your account. As soon as we receive
the product in resalable condition, you will then be issued a credit,
generally within 48-72 hours.
We're happy to take your returns. As always the customer is responsible
for shipping to and from our warehouse. (We think this fair. With the
cost of gas, returning an item to the a store is about the same price!)
Before returning any item, all customers must first call our office
to get shipping instructions along with the proper address and a return
authorization number. 1-800-654-6773 x307. We've had our best results
with either UPS or Federal Express to make the return. (Faster and more
reliable!)
